Amanda L. Rose
Attorney At Law
Amanda L. Rose is a graduate of Albany Law School and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2012. After graduating from law school, Amanda went into private practice until 2015, when she became the Attorney for the Fulton County Department of Social Services (DSS). As an attorney for DSS, she prosecuted abuse and neglect matters for the Agency. Amanda decided to go back into private practice and opened her firm in 2018. Amanda L. Rose and Beth V. Kelly-May’s Law Offices were formed when Attorney Beth Kelly-May became partners. Amanda continues to focus her practice on Matrimonial and Family Law, Criminal Matters, and Real Estate Law.

Amanda is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Defenders Association, and the Fulton County Bar Association. Amanda also taught Juvenile Delinquency, Criminal Law, and Constitutional Law as an adjunct professor at Fulton Montgomery Community College from 2011 to 2017.
Amanda was the recipient of the New York State Bar Association’s President’s Pro Bono Service Award for the Fourth Judicial District. This award is presented to an attorney who, through their dedication and pro bono service with the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York, has helped provide legal services to indigent clients.

Beth V. Kelly-May
Attorney At Law
Beth is a graduate of Pace Law School and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1994. Almost immediately after graduating from law school, Beth entered the NYS Office of Court Administration as Court Attorney in the Family Courts of Schenectady County (1995-2000) and Fulton County (2000-2018).
Beth entered private practice in 2019 and joined Amanda L. Rose to form the Law Offices of Amanda L. Rose and Beth Kelly-May. Drawing upon over two decades of experience working in Family Courts serving several judges and the public, Beth continues to focus her practice on Matrimonial and Family Law.
